Salary: £30,00.00 PA to £40,000.00 PA depending on experience, with attractive Commission Structures

We are on the lookout for a driven, results-oriented Mid-Level Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team and help us reach new heights.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mid-Level Sales Development Representative with 2 or more years’ experience to join our Business Development Team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and engaging potential clients in specific industries through targeted outbound email campaigns and strategic research. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients. Additionally, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for initiating contact with potential volume opportunities and tracking progress through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential sales opportunities within targeted industries
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth
- Utilize various tools and resources to gather relevant industry data and insights.
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach via phone calls,, emails, and social media platforms.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential sales opportunities to introduce our products/services and assess their interest and fit. By crafting and personalising email campaigns to potential clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Pipeline Management:
- Track all interactions and engagements with potential volume opportunities in CRM software.
- Monitor the progress of leads through the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Identify potential roadblocks or challenges in the sales process and collaborate with internal teams to address them effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for optimizing sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel internationally for tradeshows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales or selling to enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with specific industries relevant to our business.
- Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Certification or training in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
