What if I'm not happy with Moasure?

If you’re not satisfied – we’re not satisfied.

If you would like to return your Moasure, simply keep your original product packaging and accessories and ensure the device is in sellable condition (we know you have to use it). Contact us to and return the product within 60 days from purchase.

Returns Policy

  • Products returned need to be returned in 'sellable' condition and with all the originally supplied packaging and accessories. If items are missing, we reserve the right to charge you for the missing or damaged packaging or accessories.
  • Refunds will be for the full product price paid and do not cover the original shipping charges.
  • We do not provide returns shipping labels or refund the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are unable to refund for items we do not receive.
  • You can return your item to our Northampton logistics centre. An address will be provided once your return has been authorised.
