Job Title: Pre-Sales Consultant

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, plus participation in the company-wide bonus scheme

Contract: Full-Time

Working Hours: Flexibility required to support US hours as part of a team rota (e.g. some shifts covering late afternoons/evenings)

Location: Warwick, UK, hybrid 1-2 days in office

Our patented motion-based measuring tool is the first of its kind — and is now used daily by landscapers, hardscapers, playground installers, artificial grass professionals, and other outdoor trades across more than 150 countries.

As our global customer base grows, we’re expanding our team to make sure every prospective customer receives the expert guidance they need. We're looking for a confident, customer-focused individual to join us — someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on clear communication, and is excited to be part of an ambitious, fast-growing company.

The Role:

In this hybrid role, you'll be the knowledgeable first point of contact for potential customers. Whether you're replying to pre-sale enquiries, answering product questions via social media, or delivering a live video demo, your focus will be helping prospective customers understand how Moasure can solve real-world challenges — and guiding them toward a confident buying decision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to pre-sale enquiries via email and social media
  • Deliver engaging one-to-one video product demonstrations
  • Follow up with prospects in a structured, thoughtful way
  • Log and manage pre-sales activity using Zendesk
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to improve the buyer journey
  • Occasionally assist existing customers with post-sale questions
  • Take part in a rota to help provide coverage during US hours.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally involving sales or technical communication
  • Ability to explain technical or complex topics in a simple, clear way
  • Highly organised and proactive in managing follow-ups
  • Confident using video as a communication tool
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with eCommerce or technical products
  • Multilingual skills (especially Spanish, French, or German)
  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales
  • Full driving licence.
