Job Title: Content Creator

Contract: Full-Time

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Warwick, hybrid 1-2 days in office

Role Overview:

Moasure is a technology company with a unique and innovative product. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are changing the way many industries measure in their day-to-day business. We are looking for an on-camera Content Creator to engage and educate through video content and demonstrate our products.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for scripting, filming, being on camera and producing compelling content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Your videos will help professionals understand how Moasure works, they’ll showcase the features and benefits in a way that is clear, engaging, and will drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. 

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative and very confident at storytelling on camera. They will also need to be skilled in video production, and able to translate technical product features into engaging, shareable content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high quality social media video content - including scripting, filming, editing, and posting.

  • Be the on-camera presence to confidently demonstrate Moasure’s products across our channels, using relatable, audience-specific language.

  • Film and product content that aligns with our brand’s messaging and goals, including pre-sale awareness content and post sale education content.

  • Tell engaging stories through video content to explain a technical product in easy understandable language that resonates with our audience.

  • Engage, educate and build strong connection with the relevant audiences.

  • Quickly learn the features and benefits of Moasure to effectively communicate through video, live demos, webinars and directly with customers.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content is scheduled, optimised and published on time with branded content in mind.

  • Deliver a balanced mix of short-form and long-form content tailored to each platform’s best practices.

  • Create platform native content - adapting hooks, pacing and messaging structure.

  • Maintain and improve content quality, watch time, engagement rates, positive sentiment, and other key metrics.

  • Provide insights and basic reporting on content performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to the organic content strategy while staying up to date on trends.

  • Create content for paid ads and other organic needed.

  • Cover Moasure’s diverse features and use cases across a wide range of industries.

  • Attend trade shows and collaborate with other creators to generate content.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creating social media content, ideally for a brand

  • Confident and engaging front of camera 

  • Strong scripting and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn technical product features into clear, compelling, and engaging videos.

  • Video editing proficiency with tools like: CapCut, Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut

  • Understanding of how to make social content to increase watch time and engagement 

  • Quick to learn how to use technical product features to demonstrate and teach on camera

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the technology industry, ideally familiar with floor plans, property or home improvements 

  • Experience within B2B e-commerce

  • Worked with influencers to create content 

  • Graphic design experience to create images.
